Parking left a lot be desired possibly some signs
If I could give them negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. My partner bought an electric car there about a year ago. Something went wrong with the battery, a battery that is under warranty. They have had his car for 5 weeks. 5 weeks! He has asked about a loaner (or even something to rent) and two weeks ago they said they would ask Nissan and get back to him. I think that is the worst part. The communication is HORRIBLE. Isreal was super helpful going over all options, honest, and through. He even went over the car and sent me several videos of the vehicle. Everything was made super simple
I took my Titan in for a diagnosis for a hard shift when braking. They contacted me and decided it was a transmission failure. Thankfully, it was replaced under warranty but the service manager refused to offer an extended warranty on the remanufactured transmission that was installed. Not even one I could purchase. I will be calling corporate about this.
