I write positive review
They repair problems with defective parts just to continue to make people pay duplicate labor costs. It's how they stay in business. Fix with defective parts so they have return customers. What a rip off!!! Repairs are under warranty but only if you bring it back to them so they can charge additional repetitive labor charges. Shame on them. Corporate practices, boooooo
Parking left a lot be desired possibly some signs
If I could give them negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. My partner bought an electric car there about a year ago. Something went wrong with the battery, a battery that is under warranty. They have had his car for 5 weeks. 5 weeks! He has asked about a loaner (or even something to rent) and two weeks ago they said they would ask Nissan and get back to him. I think that is the worst part. The communication is HORRIBLE.
