I bought a car from them a year ago. it had already had front end damage to the bumper. I made them fix it . They ghetto rigged it , a year later hood won't pop because of the front end damage. These people will tale advantage of you and force u into contract. They also told me that was the best car I can afford..
Second visit for my transmission issue. Although I have an extended warranty that covers a loaner. They claim between all the partner dealerships they are out of loaners but I’m not permitted to use any other Nissan service dealers. They make you use their (Prestige)dealerships, they know they don’t have loaner vehicles, and they make you keep paying deductibles even though they knew you needed a transmission two visits ago.
