My insurance changing was a blessing in disguise. My new neurologist at Northwest Neuro figured out what was wrong with me in one visit. I’m now an over a week pain-free. Dr. Steeves has been a great doctor. His business practice has sucked. Based on the website being down for a good chunk of time and the increase in patients having issues with the 3rd party billing company he uses, it's clear that they intended and knew well in advance that the practice was closing. Instead of being honest with his patients, they got the run around and the "privilege" of spending hours on the phone with their insurance companies.
