Dr Alvarez really impressed me, she is very knowledgeable and we have had just one appointment so far for my dad. her bedside manner is fantastic. She has a wonderful way of approaching someone with memory impairment and she is so thorough that his appointment took 1 hour at-least. I love the way she spoke to my father and approached my concerns I felt that I couldn’t say in front of him. We have a long road ahead of us but I’m confident she will be a great guide through it all.
The doctors are alright, the issue comes with the front desk ladies who said they would give my DMV license approval paperwork and said they would put "medically unfit to drive". On top of that they have this dumb little paperwork charge, which why should we pay you? You have a set wage and if you're not happy then either quit or speak to your boss. I'm not epileptic, I've told these doctors numerous times, they never listen because they don't know how it feels to lose everything, all because my license was suspended medical... read more

Dr. Alvarez was so rude to me. I had been referred to her office because of a concussion. She told me that I had wasted my time coming. I am sure my concussion might have been minimal compared to other patients she has seen, but she made me feel like my concussion was no big deal. I have never had one, so she could have been a little empathetic. Don't go to this office!
