What a terrible experience. First of all, there is such great irony in all the employees here treating their customers like dirt. Because the staff here is better than all of us for some unexplained reason? The unsightly woman at the register actually had the nerve to look us up and down like we weren't up to her standards, and refused to even speak to us the entire time. If you're so much better, then why do you run a cash register? Try Sally's. Try anywhere. Stay away from this location.

The worst employees I have ever seen or dealt with at a beauty store. I have no idea why such awful people get employed. Do not come here.

Go to South Texas Beauty Supply! My visit was a very disappointing experience. The lady at the register was rude when I inquired about a brand. Furthermore, I was made to pay for a polish that fell off the shelf, which was caused by the store's poor display. Rather than relying on signs asking the public to “be careful”, the store should take responsibility for its setup. Investing in better staff and store organization would greatly improve customer satisfaction.
