Why do you have to file out an abundance of paper work, what happened how it happened ect. You have the order that my Dr sent over. Just do the xray. Wish turlock imaging wasnt closing.
This is the worst office. I've called 3 times being on hold for 30-1 hour. Rescheduled my appointment now they can't find me for the day that it was rescheduled for. Absolutely the worst. Not impressed at all
Staff is nice and friendly they just take so long to call back i had an appointment at 3:00 and it’s already 4:50
The Turlock staff was friendly and helpful. I wonder , though, if when a patient calls, does it go to a central call center? The customer service when calling is very different than when dealing in person.
Honestly, they are great once you get there but it would be faster for me to drive over and set up an appt. I've been on hold for 45 minutes now.
