Zero stars for customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone by phone. Phone lines seem to be outsourced; once someone answers, you are put on hold for endless amount of time. Perhaps we need more imaging facilities in our area. Population has increased; we need more medical facilities, more doctors.

I brought my mother in for an X-ray that was ordered by an urgent care facility. The front desk staff exhibited an unfriendly and rude demeanor. Their check-in process was overly complicated, involving three different individuals for paperwork, which resulted in a 1 hour and 15-minute wait. Subsequently, an additional 20 minutes were spent processing payment, and the individual handling this transaction was also impolite. Once inside, my mother waited 30 minutes to be seen. First time we visit the Turlock office and I would not recommend it whatsoever. Went in to get our FIRST ultrasound to see our baby. The tech was horrible. Not a word was said during the whole ultrasound. It was a very awkward experience and being that I’ve had much better experiences with my other pregnancies, I expected much more. Left the place not knowing a thing about our baby just assuming everything was good. Did not let us hear a heartbeat or see anything with the baby. My experience with Valley MRI was (and continues to be) so bad that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They are investing them. I question whether they are legitimate and qualified to perform the services they perform.
