Their customer service is by far the worst. Main issue is they’re understaffed!! Over a seven day period. I’ve been put on hold an average of 45 minutes. Sometimes I have to hang up and call back for the same wait time. Then they say they don’t have the referral and to contact my doctors office. I know there’s a referral because I can see it in my patient portal. Why VMRI doesn’t have links to portals to receive and view referrals is showing a lack of leadership. Probably the worst place you can go to for an ultrasound. Terrible, terrible, place. If I could give this place negative 500,000,000,000,000,000 stars I would, no professionalism and disrespectful. SOME people who work here are just miserable, can’t even explain. My partner came here for her first ultrasound and felt like she was a bother being there and this person who was “helping” her had attitude towards her for no reason but just being there and breathing. My wife came in to confirm if the baby has a heart beat and the ultrasound was trying to not be rude about not having the correct order you can tell she was irritated but managed to stay professional. Finally when the order came as she proceeded with the transvaginal ultrasound, my wife tried to look at the screen and she told her my wife she don't need to look because it’ll put pressure on the uterus which will make it hard for her to get the scans and straight out said “there’s no baby in there so you don’t need to look”. ... read more
