The hold times are atrocious and when I get put on hold, often I get hung up on like today, the one site in Stockton transferred me to the other location and when I got hung up on I called the other location and was on hold for so long the office closed , they literally left me on hold and left the building would not recommend them at all

Reception is terrible with service. I was first in line on hold over the phone trying to schedule an appointment and waited over 30 minutes, took the drive down the office on march lane and neither of the desk ladies are on the phone. So there just ignoring and putting calls on hold. It took her 4 minutes to schedule my appointment up front.

Their customer service is by far the worst. Main issue is they’re understaffed!! Over a seven day period. I’ve been put on hold an average of 45 minutes. Sometimes I have to hang up and call back for the same wait time. Then they say they don’t have the referral and to contact my doctors office. I know there’s a referral because I can see it in my patient portal. Why VMRI doesn’t have links to portals to receive and view referrals is showing a lack of leadership.
