Had the pleasure of dealing with Jay from Valley Motor Auctions over the last 4 months.We purchased our first car from Jay then decided to upgrade our second car. We found Jay to be friendly on meeting him.There was no pressure to purchase either car,both cars have been an excellent choice,only one has had to go back for a bit of maintenance which Jay organised efficiently. The whole experience was very easy, no hidden surprises. Would highly recommend Jay and the Auction company.
I was shown some cars by Jay. It was noticeable how different this experience was from other places. Jay let me have space and time to think and explore each car. He answered all questions and found other cars similar to what I was looking for to expand my options. Jay wasn’t pushy, didn’t talk down to me and wasn't the typical arrogant salesman. For a female looking for cars this was perfect.
