I hate buying cars at the best of times, Rod from Valley Motor Auctions went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the purchase process, the car I choose wasn't without its defects but Valley Motors addressed all of the concerns as fast as possible. Adrian was my salesman. Late on a Sunday afternoon, I inquired about a listing I saw via CarSales. Within minutes I was contacted by Adrian and managed to organise a test drive that afternoon. I paid for the car the next day (Monday), and had it by Tuesday afternoon. Adrian was very transparent and great to deal with. Peter gave me a great price for my car which had a lot of kilometres but was in good condition. They offered more than the trade price in I was offered by Honda. Very quick process - had the money in my account the same day! They were very friendly and professional and it was no trouble to go back the following day when I realised I left my stay in the car. Highly recommend!
