I had the pleasure of dealing with Robyn today when buying some gear. She is extremely knowledgeable, unbelievable client awareness, and over the top client management skills. Robyn makes it seamless and pleasurable to purchase gear at Valley Motorsports! If you’re anywhere near West Kelowna and ride—or are even thinking about getting into riding—stop what you’re doing and go to Valley Moto Sport. So far I’ve bought 2 bikes, a KLIM suit, 2 helmets, off road boots and an air bag vest. Service is amazing - they’ve done all my installs plus any electrical - people are amazing. Company is amazing. I travel a long way to have my 1290 serviced for all those same reasons. Can’t recommend them enough 👍
Jody went out of his way to bring in a white KLX300 for me, and to make the purchase smooth and easy. Robyn in apparel and gear is super easy to talk to and knowledgeable, she stocks a great selection, and no matter how crazy busy she is she helps however she can and will bring in what you want. Every visit to this store is a treat!
I have always seemed to miss my opertunity to stop in but not this time. What a rad bike store and I was finally able to find a wicked motocross helmet. I don't know the lady's name that helped me but she went above and beyond super friendly! Highly recommend !
