Bad customer service
Horrible tires just to be able to say that they "get you out of dire situations". One of the tires became a flat the very next day after installation. Santiago Nieves is a scam and sabotages others’ vehicles according to how the price negotiation felt/went for him. Right before his worker was about to begin installing a tire to replace my flat, he tried to rip me off by requesting extra fees on service after what we already agreed to.
