To the parks credit they answer the phone. However their ability to follow through on a requested service is nonexistent. I have been trying for several days to get a response and catalog from the marker department for a marker for my father. I have filled out their contact form and called twice. After both calls I was assured I would be contacted, they have not called. I would not recommend their services

Valley Memorial was wonderfully helpful and kind when my dad passed 9 months ago with his handling, cremation and everything that goes with it.. I would have highly recommended and given them 5 stars even then. But now, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They were amazing as I navigated through last minute, challenging complications with my mom's remains leading up to her burial.... and they didn't even handle her or cremate her when she passed (an East Bay mortuary did). First off I’d like to say that this was my first time planning a funeral so I was lost and overwhelmed but after I contacted Valley Memorial everything came together piece by piece. All the staff here are so nice and guided me and my father through one of the most difficult times in our life. Fast responses, communication throughout the whole process and just the best hospitality I’ve ever felt.
