I would rather chew my arm off than wait for them for one more minute. NEVER on time. They will even call the afternoon prior to confirm, and still fox it up. Nobody wants to deal with customers so I get transferred to the same number over and over. They should face charges, that's how bad the service is. Please close your doors permanently.
Phone number on the transport van was not "in service". Number on their website was "not in service". Had to call Mercy Care for them to call for my return transportation to the nursing home. When I ask the driver for a phone number to call, when he dropped me off, he acted like he did not know the number. Very frustrating and disappointing
