I had a very negative experience with Dr. Gillespie and the management at this practice. My complaints were ignored by the practice manager, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed in a way that felt discriminatory. I strongly recommend being cautious when dealing with this practice, as I believe the management will go to great lengths to protect their doctors, even at the expense of patient care. Shocking experience with a Dr who is ignorant to the fact they can make people with severe mental health illnesses worse, while not being qualified to make such assumptions. The practice manager doesn't care about legitimate complaints, and I feel great fear for anyone vulnerable going to this practice. Remember if you have had an experience which has made your condition worse, report it, the Dr, and practice to the GMC as I have.
