I walked in at 11am to no wait and had By far the best experience in a lab I’ve ever experienced in this town. I’ve heard many good things about this clinic and I’m happy to say it’s all true! I was well taken care of , had to wait an extra hour for my bladder to fill up for my urine test and they were so kind and patient with me.

My experience at this dynacare location was amazing as someone who is afraid of bloodwork! First of all, dynacare helped me with my bloodwork paperwork better than lifelabs did. They were very friendly and helpful. The lady who did my bloodwork (I don’t know her name but she recently moved here from another country I believe?) was very understanding of my fear, she took me to another room, had me lay down, asked if I would rather her distract me or not talk and I asked her to distract me and she did! I've used this lab a number of times for blood work and have never been dissatisfied.

They consistently miss getting a vein, it takes the 3 times missing then they us my hand instead, one time they poked my arm 5 times before the used my hand to draw blood, a few times they stick the needle in my arm and miss so the start moving the needle sideways back and forth in my arm it hurts they still miss the vein and I get a huge bruise, I am going to find a better lab these people do not know what they are doing

Horrible. No organization. This place is hard to find, and then no one greets you. It’s confusing. And then you have to wait forever. Do not go here if you can. I went back on another day and it was better… because there were only two other people in the queue.
