Well I have to say, I went back again and was very impressed. Great, fast service. Everyone was very nice. Great improvement. Good job. Don't usually write reviews but this place needs to step up their game. Went here 3 times lately with a simple sign on the door saying they are closed. They don't change their web site to indicate any closures. They don't answer their phone. Used them twice. First time was really good, as I was the only one there. DO NOT GO TO THIS BLOOD CLINIC! 9:00am Pulled my daughter out of school to go get her blood taken. We waited over an hour to be seen (expected) the blood draw lady was very nice but seemed a bit distracted. We finished and drove over 30 minutes home. I get a call at 12:57pm They messed up and forgot to draw her Zinc count. 1:15pm Pull my daughter out of school again! Have been treated very poorly by a couple of their staff. It's VERY rare I make a negative review and I would avoid this lab if at all possible. They change their protocols constantly without any heads up or signs or even professionally letting clients know. I can imagine the staff is overworked and frustrated but taking it out on patients, most whom have chronic illnesses and many who are elderly, is completely unacceptable. Horrible. No organization. This place is hard to find, and then no one greets you. It’s confusing. And then you have to wait forever. Do not go here. This place should be shut down.
