Tuesday Jan 20, supposed to be open, went down and it was closed with a sign on the door.
I can see why they don't let you book an appointment. Then they would not be able to put up a sign saying they are closed whenever they feel like it. Out of 3 times i needed bloodwork done, 2x they have closed without bothering to update website or Google listing. You only find they are closed after driving downtown, paying for a parking space and walking inside the building.
Dynacare Labs was running short-staffed during my visit, but the team handled it incredibly well. They stayed professional, organized, and efficient the entire time. Even with the extra workload, they were patient and kind with everyone. Really impressive teamwork and dedication!
It says on their website that they are open, but when I got here this morning after fasting and prep, the sign on the door, simply says that they are closed today. When I called the office, found out it was all centralized out of Kelowna and waited for several minutes and nobody answered. What unbelievably bad service.
The lab is consistently closed! Random days and times, closed! They put a sign on the door, website not updated reflecting closure. This is a much needed location downtown, poorly run by Dynacare!
