Quick and professional! Arrived at 1:30pm on a Tuesday without an appointment, and was out by 1:45.
I wish I knew this location existed sooner, wasted many hrs waiting in the Rutland clinic. So easy to check in online, arriving to hardly any wait at all. The lady who took my blood was the best I’ve ever had. She was so so kind and knowledgeable. Absolutely hate getting blood taken but she made it a breeze.
Too long of wait times! They are very horrible at communication for what you need to get done, I came in with an online requisition and they told me I need to come in the next day within 30 min to an hour of waking up for my tests, so today I get there at 10:05 as I just woke up 9:30 and am not able to drive due to medical reasons so for me to to get a ride there two days in a row is already a lot to deal with and now they’re telling me I need to come again a 3rd time because they couldn’t communicate the proper instructions... read more
Absolutely the best experience ever anywhere in Kelowna. Staff is awesome and they are very organized if there is a wait you are always informed time wise.
Not sure why this location does not offer appointments like the other clinics in Kelowna, as the wait times are brutal first thing in the morning. AVOID MORNING APPTS. IF POSSIBLE (and an extra warning to avoid going when they open at 7am)!!!!
