Staff were really nice, receptionist was quite rude.

Friendly and efficient
I read the Castanet article talking about how poor the Dynacare experience was compared to Valley View (who they acquired) so I had low expectations. The new leadership team has transformed the experience addressing every complaint in the article. The ability to join the cue is fantastic, the staff seemed happy and provided excellent service. Welll done!
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SPARE YOURSELF! DO *NOT* GO ON A FRIDAY BEFORE A LONG WEEKEND (MONDAY STAT HOLIDAY ETC). THEY WILL DENY YOU AND TURN YOU AROUND BASED ON THEIR LONG WEEKEND PROTOCOL.
