No longer a walk in clinic. One tech working by themself. I looked online for appointments, thinking I might snag one since no one was there. It’s a three week wait. Obviously this location needs more techs. Who waits three weeks to fill a lab requisition? Hire more staff.
Very rude staff. Came in to simply ask if they had time for a walk in (did not know they were appointment only) and was taken back by how rude the lady was at the front.
Very quick and very friendly.
Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Turned to appointment only since covid but they are near impossible to get in. What's the point if no one can book in? Staff straight up ignore you
