The lady I was seeing was very rude. I have a severe phobia of needles, and she was not at all patient with me like medical professionals should be. I was having a panic attack, and she said "well if you're going to keep crying like that, you can just leave." I identify as a man, and they know this, yet they still used she/her pronouns on me. (I am getting this bloodwork specifically for my ftm transition) If you can't handle a teenager having a panic attack over needles, you shouldn't be allowed to draw blood. This was a co... read more
