Exceptional service from Tanya at Abbotsford location! She provided good communication and was pleasant to speak with. We need more people like her who have empathy that work in healthcare
Had a great first ultrasound appt!
After reading the negative reviews, I almost went to the Langley location, but went to Abbotsford anyways, and I'm glad I did. I walked through the doors, was greeted right away by the front desk reception, was asked to be seated, and the wait was about 7minutes, I was shown a change room, 3 minutes after that, I had my x-rays done, and 5 minutes after that I was headed back to my truck. Thank you to the staff, you did a great job.
Great experienced with them. For my X-ray i just tried to walk-in then less than 30 minutes of waiting and finally done. Big thanks.
Disgusting service. They would contact you for $100 charge for no show but dont bother to intimate you in any way that your kids are not allowed in the waiting room to sit by themselves. I came to know that kids are not allowed in the exam from their voicmail, that too accidently. I guess they just avoid working with these excuses.
