I prefer this location , staff are very friendly and fast , even without making appointments , you get checked in and out real quick. Good job team.
Not the most effective in customer service attitude by the technician
the operator on the phone barely spoke English, she was incredibly rude, she kept telling me that the doctor who gave me the requisition didn't have medical knowledge and would refuse to book an appointment that the doctor specified was a medical necessity. I decided to come in person to show her the requisition and I asked her if she was the operator to which she confirmed and then told me to go away that she will not look at the requisition.
