Had my first ultrasound here and had a great experience!
Absolutely terrible experience with the ultrasound booking staff. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve heard similar complaints. I was given the complete runaround on three separate occasions, wasting weeks of my time with no real help or resolution. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. It seems to be a known issue, as many others have shared similar experiences across social media with their disorganization and lack of accountability.
Many of these reviews are related to items that are plainly laid out when you make your appointment. No children are allowed in the appointment and they may not be left in the waiting area so don't bring them. There may be fasting requirements. If you miss your appointment there is a fee. At 21 weeks I had an appointment to have my anatomy scan done. I did not have an appointment with my doctor for another week and a bit to review to results, the ultrasound tech seen my baby had a diagnosis not suitable for life and either sent the results late to my doctor or did not mark it as urgent resulting in a late diagnosis and prolonged stress.
