I would like to thank Doctor Brain and his team very much. They are very friendly and experienced.
Upon arrival the women at the desk were too busy on their phones as myself and a line of patients waited to check in for the primary suite. For any appointment made your only given 15 to discuss issues with the APN or MD. That truly isn’t enough time to review a chart in my opinion. Staffing for medical assistants were very limited high turn over rate. Since your title is basically run the clinical and back office. Poor management won’t be coming back looking for a new primary asap.
I had the displeasure of having an interaction with Brian at suite 203 . He was very rude and dismissive of my feelings . I will make sure to follow up with my complaints .
