Horrible customer service. On the phone they said to come in because they’re accepting walk ins until 8pm. We show up 6pm and they say they only take appts. We left work early to come to this visit. I called on the phone while waiting there and the lady on the phone stated “that’s not true. They should be taking walk ins until 8pm”. On site staff is horrible.

The doctor delt with me properly and ensure that i understand things very clearly. The other staff which I’m assuming is the assistant. She’s fabulous, she has great personality and communication skills

I would avoid this place entirely based on my experience at the Teaneck location. I only came here because my employer covered the cost of the appointment. When I arrived, there was only one person in the waiting room, and they were called back almost immediately. I was taken to an exam room after about 10 minutes, but then I sat there alone for over an hour without a single staff member checking on me.
