their payment system! they are not willing to work with anyone and their doctors like to charge you separate from your insurance and not tell you up front even though your insurance is top tier. all they care about is money.

your Bill company does not follow up, if a bill is paid in the Dumont office, Ridgewood, where the payment clerk is, does not credit the account and then gets a lawyer when all the Bill's are paid and it is their error! time and again! If you change the Bill dept employees, I'll reconsider.. who needs this aggravation!

Went there 2/18/2020 and was put in a room and forgotten about. I waited 42 min and was about to walk out when finally a doctor said has anyone seen you. I said no and he said he was very sorry. Then I had to get a shot and the person that came in said she was sorry. But this was not the first time it’s happened to me. I am thinking that they have something against me. Looks like it’s time to find some where else to go 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
