I had my 6 month appointment today at 10:10, which I made over 6 months ago. I arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule, went to the front desk and then filled out some paperwork. As I waited I could see and hear other patients coming in, some were for the Dr. I was seeing and some were for another doctor. It is a shame what healthcare has come to. I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years maybe 15. I have serious medical conditions so going to another PCP would be very difficult. I have Medicaid, and pay out of pocket, which I have before. I am going to be an open book right now. I have recently gone to rehab dealing with substance abuse and I am over 3 months clean and getting my life back together. So have I been the perfect patient absolutely not. Dr. Fernicola and his team always take great care to address my medical needs. They are easy to schedule with for sick care and are very responsive to my inquiries.
No one ever called me back for an appointment. I had to call them multiple times. Still no response.
