VMG is usually good. However, it isn’t easy to get an appointment. Even when you make an appointment online for “Walk In”. I brought my son at 6:00 PM and was told when we got there, no doctor was on for “Walk In Care”. That is ridiculous, I guess “walk ins” aren’t welcome. With that whoever answers the phone at times is very unprofessional. Basically some people will argue with you which is not very helpful when you’re not feeling well. Dr Bertola was great I was a walk in patient an unsure how it would be I alway have an appointment with Dr Howe . was there on Friday afternoon the wait was not bad , she is pleasant ,personable. Made u feel at ease . She handled my problem a the spot gave me a script a some suggestions what to do to ease the problem thank you Dr Bettina. Ann
