This group is horrible. I was a patient of a doctor in private practice and then he joined this group. Before I was a person Now I am a number. Messages never get to where they need to go. No one knows me by name, Phone calls are never returned and refill authorizations go ignored. Time for a new doctor!
PLEASE READ: I want to start off my saying I have been a patient with Valley for about 20 years. I was seen in Ramsey. I made an appointment in Ramsey they canceled it because I have Medicaid I said I would pay out of pocket I was turned down. I called again because I didn’t understand because I have done this numerous times. I made an appointment again in Glen Rock.
