The doctors I see at this practice are fantastic, but the office staff, especially the one who answer the phones and help patients check in, is extremely rude and short tempered. I just got off the phone with a front desk secretary and she was extremely rude right off the bat because I wanted information regarding if they needed to check my benefits before I scheduled an appointment because I have a new insurance provider than the last time I went.
