Been at this facility about a dozen times for a variety of things. More than half the staff don’t have a clue of what they are doing. Most of them are friendly but that doesn’t help me. Just to make this review short. Dr. Frank Garigali has no clue what he is saying and I think he is the one that needs treatment. I will never go back to this urgent ever again and I will be calling the people that are in charge of this place as well as the health department. I had a really positive experience. Walked right in and was signed up quickly. The physician who worked on me was very skilled and very friendly. Could not have gotten things done better.
Only good things to say about this place from Dr. Steassberg to the folks at the front desk and who answers the phones. Very happy I found them!
I had an appointment, Waited there for over an hour after signing in and was never saw by a doctor. I was told the Doctor over booked my appointment slot. Unacceptable patient experience.
