Stay away from this practice & Valley Medical altogether. My gyn “retired” which is code for “forced out involuntarily” because she wanted to properly practice medicine and not according to the financially -driven Valley protocols. This group essentially told me to go find another doctor. No advice, no guidance, just go away because we don’t want you, we don’t need you. VMG does not care about the patient at all, just the almighty dollar.

I would not even give one star to this group! I am absolutely horrified that an appointment I scheduled 1 year ago has to be changed because the DR retired and they don't have a DR to cover me. They expect me to just go to a different office and see a DR in November. There is absolutely NO CARE for the PATIENT!

I had a great experience during my visit with Dr. Rooney. The front staff was polite, waiting time was minimal and the doctor was very patient and thorough. The office was prompt in communicating test results and I totally love using the patient portal- I can message the doctor or the staff any time of day or night and I get a response within a day. I feel well cared for at this practice! Thank you for your service!

Being a patient of Dr. Linda Silva for 4 years I was transfer to this medical group and upon contacting them to secure an appointment was shocked to see how Rude they are! Rude to the point of being unnecessary and unacceptable for the medical field. They will not have my business as I was disgusted by the way I was treated. Please get rid of your rude staff answering the phones it is suitable for the medical field .

Called to tell them my insurance changed before my appointment. After giving the lady my info and telling her I needed to change my insurance, she cut me off and screamed “this is an emergency number on Saturdays you need to call back on Monday”. So their main phone number….. no where does it say on their website emergency only. There is NO reason someone should be screaming at me for trying to be proactive.
