Nygeria from the Cardiology Department is absolutely the most patient, sweetest, caring, and kind nurse. She took the time to answer all of my questions both over the phone and in person, and she made my mom feel very comfortable throughout the process. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care and support she provided.

Making an appointment was very fast and easy. I was in right away with the doctor who explained everything thoroughly Nertila was very knowledgeable and explained all the questions we had She washed her hands before she started the vital signs and wiped her pulse oximeter before placing it on my finger. This made me feel very safe and in good hands

After reading the 2 other reviews I feel compelled to give my review. I am a patient of Dr. Brown. I have known the four main doctors in the practice (Julie, Teicher, Brown and Skolnick) professionally since 1985 and as a patient since 1998. I am a Respiratory Therapist and in my time worked at hospitals, large and small. All 4 of these doctors are excellent and usually a joy to work with. Attitude comes from the top down so it really makes me wonder about the level of care at this facility. I had the displeasure of attempting to change an appointment for Echo at the Wayne facility. The rudeness and hostility from the person to whom I spoke tells me all I need to know about the quality of care at VMG - Cardiology. Despite being given a new date and time from the nasty person on the phone, the appointment wasn't changed in their system until after several days and phone calls with different people.
