I saw the bad reviews and at first was hesitant about going, but honestly, everyone is very friendly. The office is clean, the doctors are very helpful, and I can’t complain! There parking as well

Today in speaking with the front desk, I experienced the unprofessionalism and disagreeable attitude mentioned by other reviewers. I called with a simple question — i.e., may I speak to a nurse by the name of X? But the rude individual who answered the phone was unhelpful and difficult. This person could have simply told me that the nurse about whom I was inquiring was at a different location and her phone number is X. Rude customer service, no wonder they have the worst reviews. Fix the problem or will lose more patients.

In experience wait time wasn’t long but instead of completing all procedures in one visit, like I experienced at my sons cardiologist’s office, they make you come back for several visits. Other than that they were friendly and knowledgeable.
