Best clinic ever
I have had great interaction with all the staff at Valley Medical Clinic for the 5 years I have a patent. The front staff are warm, inviting, and help me with getting an appointment that fits my schedule. The doctors I have seen and continue to go to are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend to my friends and family.
I used to have the absolute best family doctor at this clinic - Dr. Joseph - but they chased him away. His replacement, Dr. Khtali, was also amazing! he lasted less than a year before leaving to be treated better elsewhere. After he left, they had no replacement. They gave me a letter stating that we would remain patients there and would be automatically added to the new doctor's case load. I went here today with my daughter for a walk in (Dr. Ward?) and it was a fabulous experience. I got in the same day I called and the appointment was relatively on time. The walk in doctor gave us education on ear infections and best practice for treating and gave us options on what we could do. He had great bed side manner and was amazing with my daughter even giving her a treat at the end. It was so nice that he spent time with us explaining things and we were really appreciative.
I have been a patient at this clinic for 22 years now. It has always been a struggle to find appointment openings unless you feel like waiting 4 months. Everytime I try to call to be courteous and cancel my appointment ahead of time, their phone lines are always busy or the receptionist is not very helpful. I will definitely be changing doctors going forward so I can be treated more effective and efficient.
