Receptionist beyond rude. 4 weeks for a prescription refill that is a necessity. Been going to this medical center for over 20 yrs and it's sad to see the decline in how the patients are treated.
Wow. Had an unpleasant situation today. I stuck up for my mother because she didn’t understand the head nurse and clearly made her feel attacked because she thought her appt was at this time the nurse ends up giving her attitude. clearly when the main manager and receptionist went against me and tried to ban for No reason. The staff really need changing with their attitudes. Best clinic ever
I have had great interaction with all the staff at Valley Medical Clinic for the 5 years I have a patent. The front staff are warm, inviting, and help me with getting an appointment that fits my schedule. The doctors I have seen and continue to go to are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend to my friends and family.
I used to have the absolute best family doctor at this clinic - Dr. Joseph - but they chased him away. His replacement, Dr. Khtali, was also amazing! he lasted less than a year before leaving to be treated better elsewhere. After he left, they had no replacement. They gave me a letter stating that we would remain patients there and would be automatically added to the new doctor's case load.
