Dr. Fanning and his nurses are wonderful. They take the time you need and explain test results well. My husband and I appreciate them so much!
From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive. The wait time was short, the clinic was clean and comfortable, and the doctor took the time to listen carefully, answer all of my questions, and explain my treatment clearly. I left feeling confident and well-cared-for. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality medical care.
Receptionist beyond rude. 4 weeks for a prescription refill that is a necessity. Been going to this medical center for over 20 yrs and it's sad to see the decline in how the patients are treated.
Wow. Had an unpleasant situation today. I stuck up for my mother because she didn’t understand the head nurse and clearly made her feel attacked because she thought her appt was at this time the nurse ends up giving her attitude. clearly when the main manager and receptionist went against me and tried to ban for No reason. The staff really need changing with their attitudes.
