Its very difficult to get an appointment, because no one ever answers the phone, leaving you to play phone tag for days with the over-loaded receptionist. If you do get an appointment, be sure to make yourself available all day, because you'll be left waiting and waiting. The NP seemed competent, but I wont be back. El Pasoans really deserve better primary care.
Really dislike this clinic...particularly Dr. DeJesus. They promise prescriptions, that they fail to call in to the pharmacy.... It is sad that Dr Beherens, passed, because ever since, the quality of care has gone down. If you're thinking about seeing a Dr here, rethink it, or see another Dr at this Practice. It sad that a patients need to hound the nurses, or go back into the office to fill needed prescriptions. Very unprofessional for a Dr who's been practicing medicine for so long.

I dislike this clinic extremely! They never answer the phone. It is so hard to get anything done with them. Each time I've seen the doctor I feel dismissed and uncomfortable.
