Called to schedule an appointment and Viktoriya told me to go to the hospital if I am concerned about my issue because they were booking out a whole month. Very surprised they didn’t even offer to send a message to a midwife to ask to see if I could wait that long or offer another location that can see me. I don’t want extra medical hospital bills to pay. Not helpful at all.
Started coming here for my pregnancy and the staff here have been nothing but great! I'm receiving care from Dr. Boerwinkle and her team and everyone has been prompt, communicative, and comforting throughout this pregnancy so far.

I was referred to Valley Women’s Health to establish care with a gynecologist and had an appointment that needed to be rescheduled in October. After being told to call back in November, I was given multiple conflicting reasons for why an appointment could not be scheduled.
