This place has taken incredible care of me during my pregnancy. I see Zomer as my OB and Nicole Cruver as well! They are both so kind, understanding, and really give you the time & care you need during pregnancy. I had a hard week with some severe prenatal anxiety and Nicole had me feeling SO seen. How do you get it through the receptionist head that you have a different level of care after 4 miscarriages. Maybe better training?Its ridiculous how dismissive she was. Didn't care at all. Its a normal practice that after you have your 3rd recurrent miscarriage different things will be done. Shared this while making my appointment for a new pregnancy and just coldness from her. Called to schedule an appointment and Viktoriya told me to go to the hospital if I am concerned about my issue because they were booking out a whole month. Very surprised they didn’t even offer to send a message to a midwife to ask to see if I could wait that long or offer another location that can see me. I don’t want extra medical hospital bills to pay. Not helpful at all.
