Sitting on hold for an hour EVERY single time I call to schedule an appointment is ridiculous! Doesn't matter the time of day, I have tried all different times, I am currently going on 45 minutes on hold for the second time today and still no answer!!!!

They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Worst experience dealing with an institution like this in my life. Takes a hundred calls to get an appointment, then they cancel my appointment hours before because they say they don't have the imaging, even though we sent the imaging weeks before, then I try to call back another 10 times to confirm that they have the imaging just so I can book an appointment, and each time they just say someone will check and call me back, which absolutely never happens.
