Dr Joshi is a very compassionate, knowledgeable and kind physician. He listens well and responds quickly should you have to email. Newcastle Primary Care is part of Valley Medical Center. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
This medical office is a mess! I switched over my family from Swedish Primary care to this office about half a year ago. Filled out a waiver to have my sons medical records transferred from Swedish, signed a proxy to have my kids under my name in MyChart. After 6 months my sons records still haven't been transferred over, better yet they have no indication that I signed the waiver. Called the office to see why my sons still were not under my name in MyChart, they transferred me over to Accounting department for some reason, ... read more
