Dr Yahua Yu Is a rude provider. She saw Dr Yu for a consult , where she mentioned needles and shocks. My mother got scared and said I’m afraid. Dr Yu said “ don’t ever come back here again , you wasted my time, I have other things to do”. With what right does she say that to a patient ? Is this the patient care that she offers ?
The person at the front desk immediately informed me that Dr Yu is known for being very strict and refusing patients if they are late. I found this to be true after receiving wrong directions from the official website and ended up in a different clinic. I called Dr. Yu's clinic while heading to the correct facility and was told that the Dr Yu would still see my dad and they would talk to the team. Saw Dr Yu for evaluation. She spends time with you & is through in her exam & questions. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good neurologist.
