Awful customer service at the front desk.
Dr. Kalaman is wonderful - I felt she really listened to my concerns, respected me, and didn't make me feel rushed. She was thorough and efficient. The front desk staff are also efficient and helpful. The lab technician (Tujana?) helped ease my nerves when I told her getting blood drawn made me a bit anxious. She chatted with me, offered me water, and let me take as long as I needed to get up.Clean and easy to navigate the space. I would recommend!
Three stars....I'd give more stars for staff but one star for availability. Five months to get in to see doctor!!
She is a great doctor and very caring.
