I have called this clinic 2 times today to make an appointment for my mother. I was on hold and decided to have them return my call. They called me back within 15 minutes and hung up on me. Then I called again and actually waited this time. They hung up on me again.
I have had a lot of different things going on with my body for YEARS. Im not a very good advocate for myself so I typically just went with the Dr's said cause I just figured they knew better. I was always rushed in and out. I met with Dr Kalaman and I honestly have never felt more heard. She doesnt just listen she asks questions and gives feed back and options and I honestly dont know where Id be at this point if I didnt have a Dr like her that genuinely listens cares and WANTS to find a solution. Been going here for the last 11 years and my kids , grandma and my dad , my uncle as well all received care from here lol but I definitely recommend this place for you and your family's health and wellness. My doctor Samantha Eller has literally changed my life and I recently told her this but it's true through all the ups and downs I literally always leave her office with a smile and solutions to all the problems I had walking in. I love Dr Lee, she’s been seeing my NB and she’s very attentive to my concerns. I’m trying to get my other two kids to be seen by her since their pediatrician is all the way in FedWay. It’ll convenient for me with multiples
Jinbok at the lab had an attitude when I asked for crackers after drawing my blood. She got me one, I asked for one more as my blood pressure was already low before drawing the blood and she said we can’t give out more than one as we are running low! She didn’t care that I had dizziness.
