No signage, workers have no clue where departments are. Volunteers just up and walk away with no acknowledgment. I had to walk the entire facility to find the department I needed only to find out it is closed. The website has wrong information. You all should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourselves.
Wait time 1hr to see doctor even with appointment. Its nonsense
Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Lewis is. She, unlike most of the doctors I've seen, listened. She truly listened to my complaints, sat through my tears, hear my frustrations and did what the other doctors wouldn't. She fought for me to get the care that I needed. I am so grateful to her and her staff. They have been absolutely amazing.
Dr. Lewis, Dr. Greenberg and every staff member are truly caring, phenomenal people. Regardless of your reasons for seeking their help (e.g. hysterectomies for trans people, seeking birth control help, etc.) are very supportive! I have been desperate for help regarding heavy bleeding, cramps, and a whole list of issues that severely effected my quality of life. Umbilical hernia surgery. Hiked Mt Rainier within a week. No meds after that. One follow up visit. Still doing great.
