I took my mother there and she had severe iron deficiency. They did blood work and then said they don't do iron infusions in the emergency room. She was dismissed in bad shape and no referrals or any help in treating her situation. This place clearly doesn't care about helping you. So disappointed in this place !
My time at emergency room was fine the wait was longer than I expected and people were getting seen before me when I checked in before them I assumed they must’ve been more pain, but I came first I believe it should’ve been seen first, I ended up staying a couple days in the hospital but one of my biggest concerns was, I noticed as getting up with my name called. I recommend to be evaluated the service 5 and half hours thats a nightmare for people in the emergency.worst and worst and worst service
Always been treated well here by a caring staff. The intake aand eval process is fast and easy.The only issue I have is wait time to be seen by doctors, if you walk in by yourself and not brought in by ambulance. I was bleeding quite badly and had to wait an hour to go back to an exam room.
