Dr Serkin did an amazing surgery. He may seem distant, but that’s due to the fact that he is not trying to build an emotional bond with his patience so he does not feel the pressure when performing life-threatening surgery. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Serkin has helped me with a variety of issues related to tinnitus and hearing loss. I appreciate his willingness to listen and discuss options that work for me. I feel fortunate to have found such a great ENT, especially one who is nearby and part of my Valley Medical team.

I would give 0 stars to this place if I could. I encourage anyone who had experience of neglect with this doctor to report him to the Washington Medical Commission. A patient I am close to (whom I will keep anonymous for their privacy) went in and did not feel heard or cared for. The patient said that he had one foot out the door while diagnosing them, literally.
