I would give this office zero stars if I could. I went in for my appointment a month before my physical and was clearly told by the front desk that my insurance was covered and that they were in-network. I called multiple times and even sent text messages to confirm — yet no one ever responded or returned my calls. After weeks of being ignored and going back and forth, I finally found out they were not covered by my insurance, even though I was told otherwise. A great staff and a doctor who is compassionate, listens and addresses all your concerns.
I came in for my annual physical and informed the front desk that my last name had changed due to marriage. I also provided my updated insurance information at that time. A few days later, I received a bill and had to spend hours going back and forth between the billing company and the office, only to find out that my information was never updated.
