Disgustingly unprofessional and unfriendly office staff. Almost didn’t want to allow my dad to have his test done here. Clearly no one regulating or worried about professionalism at this lab.
Great providers but the staff is very unprofessional. Seems like they are all entry level individuals that lack interpersonal skills and come off as rude. Its a shame that the doctors don’t have better staff to uphold their reputation. The doctors themselves are great, just wish they had a better office staff.
