If you are looking for a new primary care provider I recommend this place a thousand times. I started going here in April of last year, in the span of 9 months I have had the best experience I could have ever dreamed of. I have seen Sandy and Monica Prater and both of these women are amazing! All of my problems were addressed as soon as I mentioned them. The entire team is so sweet!

I had to reschedule my appointment due to things in life happening! I was told that if I rescheduled or a no show, etc... that I was going to be discharged! One of the ladies couldn't draw blood after sticking me more than several times and says come back another day that is kinda of hard when your spouse has dementia, and raising 3 grandbabies. I am now looking for a new primary doctor! Plus the last 2 times when I was there I told them to update my phone number on file, they failed to do that and caused me to miss my appoi... read more
