Set up a time, came over to change the hose spigot and got it done quick and professional. Very nice, took their time to go over stuff with me. Will hire them in the future. Thanks!
I had an issue and they came right over. I never saw the bill. I thought it was just great neighborly service. Then one came in the mail months later. I tried to set up payment to make things right must have reminded them I owed them but I need a full service. The office hours and medical issues I did not get the bill paid but meant to. Do today the 180vdollar bill is 300 in collections. All could have been avoided if they had a drop box or something.

If I could provide a rating higher than 5, I’d give that to Valley Mechanical! They did a superb job recommending and installing a new water filtration system in my house, including reverse osmosis. They are very responsive, flexible, listen to your requests, and provide great value. Austin and his colleague provide wonderful customer service, are respectful of you and your property, and are very ready to listen to your requests. I highly recommend them for your well water needs.
