The owner of this park is very gracious and kind and it's rare to find a park owner that cares the way he does. They only have 3 maintenance workers and the previous owner left the park in a little bit if a mess, but the new owner is really taking care of things. We found out the sewage smell is actually coming from the bathtub and sinks and is algae used baking soda with vinegar imported down the drains in that get rid of the smell
