Horrible builder, not paying subcontractors what they are owed and kicking them to the curb for other unsuspecting subs. Good friend of mine is currently fighting to get paid for 20k plus work completed. Long story short, bids submitted at beginning of year were expected to be honored towards end of year, in a wild year when material prices were changing almost weekly.
