Beautiful and Modern Build! Very happy with my choice. Great service.
My 4 year old JK Monarch home (see video)...recurring leaking window. Leaked 6 months after move in, JK replaced window 6 months later. And now here we are. Refusing to help even though issue was established under warranty.
We purchased our new home in Puyallup built by JK Monarch. The management, sales representatives and maintenance people were all very friendly and helpful. They walked us through all the benefits in details of the home, and allowed us to take a final walk-through to be sure everything was correct and ready to move in. Any minor changes and adjustments were made quickly before we moved in.
Quality home with lots of features to make life easier. Addressed all the issues found by independent home inspection and went above and beyond to make sure the house was built to our satisfaction.
