Randy, Customer Service Manager, was an absolute delight to work with! Randy's attention to every detail, his patience in re-explaining things, his ability to restate instructions so that I understand what needs to be done, and his listening to my concerns made the orientation process a successful event. As of today 12/18/24 I got a letter from their attorney - so basically if you tell your story about this company you could be liable for defamation. JKMonarch does not care about anything once the papers are signed. Our community has drainage issues that have been brought to their attention with no follow up and no further action or communication.
