I’ve been dealing with a defective set of master bedroom doors since before closing on my JK Monarch home in early 2024. Despite repeated promises, technician visits, and even a contractor confirming the doors are beyond repair, the issue remains unresolved more than a year later. Communication has been inconsistent, with no-shows, incorrect parts, and now complete silence from their customer service manager. Great buying experience and the builder was amazing in explaining the home to us, one thing I loved is we got this binder with everything we need to know about the home and maintenance and who to call for what and what fixtures and paint was used incase we need a reference. When we did our walk thought there was hardly anything to put blue tape on to fix. Very impressed with the quality
