From the design process to dealing with the super to follow up, JK monarch was absolutely awful. They clearly don’t take any pride in their work and found out just today that they left 20+ exposed nails on our roof, which left our repair man wondering how our house ever passed inspection. They didn’t work with us to do the one year warranty follow-up and did a terrible job with repairs. Don’t waste your valuable money on a company that pretends to be luxury.

My 4 year old JK Monarch home (see video)...recurring leaking window. Leaked 6 months after move in, JK replaced window 6 months later. And now here we are. Refusing to help even though issue was established under warranty.
