Valley knife sharpened blades on chipper for $120. They offered to drop it off 3 weeks ago - no call, no show. I called later that week and they said they would drop it off last week - no call, no show. I called yesterday and they told me to pick it up (which I would have done weeks ago had they not assured me it would be dropped off) . I was told that they would 'make it right' and drop it off yesterday or today. I was driving through today and stopped there to see my chipper still sitting there. Unreliable/unprofessional
Great people that do awesome work. From drill bits to all types of knives and punches. I use them from industrial to person work and have never been disappointed.
Very reasonable prices and good service. I had an emergency where I needed our CNC sawblade sharpened ASAP as we had a tight deadline and were cutting some tough material and they were able to get it done same day in less than two hours while our usual sharpening place we'd been using for years said they couldn't get to it until the next week.
I have been doing business with them since the 80's during the start of my career. Always honest and reliable. . I got off schedule with pick up and delivery so I had to bring knifes to be sharpened and delivered next week with scheduled visit.
Dropped off trimmer attachment to be sharpened. Was completed in the estimated time frame. Woman was friendly and helpful.
