I have been doing business with them since the 80's during the start of my career. Always honest and reliable. . I got off schedule with pick up and delivery so I had to bring knifes to be sharpened and delivered next week with scheduled visit.
Dropped off trimmer attachment to be sharpened. Was completed in the estimated time frame. Woman was friendly and helpful.
Had five knives sharpened, four straight edged and one serrated edge. Straight edge was fine, serrated edge was completely destroyed. They completely reshaped the edge to something that is unusable.
