Over torqued the oil filter on my IS 350 to the point that you would almost have to assume it was intentional. I also found the filter cap was broken and just slapped on instead of replaced. I know it wasn’t me because the filter wrench I had didn’t have any pieces in it and it's the kind of break that would happen from someone stepping on it or something. Pre purchase inspection failed to detect different size of brake rotors on the front passengers side vs front drivers side, completely empty AHC fluid reservoir, valley plate leak, inoperable drivers side AC due to “glitter” in the coolant indicative the use of head gasket sealer. What was even the point of getting a pre-purchase inspection???! If it was to check to make sure the brake pads were ok and was washer fluid was good, I coulda done that without paying $ for it.

Have had 2 separate encounters with Ed. Arrogant & rude both times. Also, they are supposed to rotate your tires with every oil change. Never happened. I know because there is a little mark on my rim. Same place every time. They try & tell you that you need extra service that is not covered. I call BS. I will take my Lexus elsewhere for service. They are a joke.
