It was my first time there. Scheduling was easy to do online. Great service. Joey provided excellent customer service. He got me a loaner. I appreciate the video recorded by the technician to provide summary of findings and work performed on the car. Very satisfied. I do wish there were tables to allow me to work while waiting in an area that’s not too loud so I can still join virtual meetings.
Over torqued the oil filter on my IS 350 to the point that you would almost have to assume it was intentional. I also found the filter cap was broken and just slapped on instead of replaced. I know it wasn’t me because the filter wrench I had didn’t have any pieces in it and it's the kind of break that would happen from someone stepping on it or something. Purely cosmetic damage from what I can tell, though. Called them about it to see if they can help remove it and they had a negative attitude and were defensive despite the... read more
