If there were zero stars, I would rate this company zero. I ordered a part several weeks ago. When it never arrived, I called repeatedly and left messages as requested with no response. When I finally reached someone and explained my frustration, the Black Cliffs employee said to me, "You don't have to be rude." There was no hint or sign of "I'm very sorry you've had a problem.
