I contacted Black Cliffs 26 January about a tractor to purchase. Most of the communication over the phone, email and text. Marty assured me the tractor was in great shape, with no problems, their shop fixed everything. 30 January went to pickup the tractor, sign the loan. I paid $740.43 down signed the paperwork . If there were zero stars, I would rate this company zero. I ordered a part several weeks ago. When it never arrived, I called repeatedly and left messages as requested with no response. When I finally reached someone and explained my frustration, the Black Cliffs employee said to me, "You don't have to be rude." There was no hint or sign of "I'm very sorry you've had a problem.
