I get my oil change there. They send you live video of the work they have done on your car. Pricey if you don't have a KIA package that covers your services.
I took my Kia soul to be serviced to rotate tires and oil change and to put in engine filter and cabin filter The tires were not rotated and the filters were not changed this happened to me in the past please people double check before you leave I feel the service department is taking shortcuts at the expense of customers
They did a good job diagnosing and fixing my 2015 EV. Had to wait to take it in though since they are booked for weeks. Will trust them to work on my other car as well.
